집 먼지 진드기 알레르기 (집 먼지 좀 진드기 알레르기), House dust mite allergy

집 먼지 진드기(집 먼지 좀 진드기)는 크기가 약 0.3mm이고 맹목 절지동물의 일종이다.
천식, 알레르기 비염, 또는 아토피 피부염 등 여러 가지 알레르기 질환을 유발시킬( 수 있는 항원이 바로 집 먼지 진드기(집 먼지 좀 진드기)이다.
집 먼지 좀 진드기는 육안으로는 볼 수 없고 현미경으로 볼 수 있을 정도로 작다.
집 먼지 좀진드기는 무려 47종이 있다. 그 중 미국에서는 디. 파리내(Dermatophagodes farinae)와 디. 프테로니스시누스(D. pteronyssinus) 종이 주로 알레르기 질환을 유발시킨다.
집 먼지 좀 진드기의 똥이나 죽은 후 진드기 몸통 부분에서 나온 단백질에 의해서 알레르기 질환이 주로 유발된다.
계절에 따라 실내온도, 실내청결 상태에 따라 집 먼지 좀 진드기의 수가 증감될 수 있다.
죽은 집 먼지 좀 진드기의 몸통이나 집 먼지 좀 진드기의 똥이 집안의 공기 속에 섞여 있게 된다.
집안에서 숨 쉴 때 집 먼지 좀 진드기의 똥이나 죽은 집 먼지 좀 진드기의 몸통 부분에서 나온 단백질 성분이 비강 속과 인두, 후두 속, 기관 속 등 상·하기도 속을 통해 체내로 흡입되어 알레르기 비염이나 기관지 천식 등 여러 종류의 알레르기 질환이 우리 인간에게 유발될 수 있다.
집 먼지 좀 진드기가 집안에서 자라지 않게 하는 방법이 알레르기 질환을 치료하고 예방치료를 하는데 이상적 치료 방법이나 온갖 노력을 다해도 집 먼지 좀 진드기가 집안에서 자라는 경우가 많다.

House dust mite allergy

• The house dust mite (house dust mite) is about 0.3 mm in size and is a type of blind arthropod.

• Allergens, such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, or atopic dermatitis, are possible antigens (the house dust mite (house dust mite)).

• House dust mites are invisible to the naked eye and small enough to be seen with a microscope.

• There are 47 species of house dust mites. Among them, in the United States, D. Dermatophagodes farinae and D. D. pteronyssinus species mainly cause allergic diseases.

• Allergic diseases are mainly caused by house dust mite feces or proteins released from the body of the mite after death.

• Depending on the season and indoor temperature and indoor cleanliness, the number of house dust mites may increase or decrease.

• Dead house dust mites’ bodies or house dust mites’ dung become mixed with the air in the house.

• When you breathe at home, the protein component from the body of the house dust mite or the dead house dust mite is inhaled into the body through the upper and lower respiratory tract such as the nasal cavity, pharynx, larynx, and trachea, leading to allergic rhinitis or allergic rhinitis. Several types of allergic diseases, such as bronchial asthma, can be induced in humans.

• Preventing house dust mites from growing in your home is an ideal treatment for allergic diseases and preventative treatment, but despite all your efforts, house dust mites often grow in your home.
