천식 일기(기관지 천식 일기), Asthma diary
- 천식을 효과적으로 치료하기 위해서 환아에게 생기는 기침, 천명 등 천식의 증상 징후, 천식 치료에 사용하는 약물의 종류, 약물의 용량, 부작용, 약물 치료의 효과, 피크 플로메터(최대 유량계) 검사결과, 일상생활 중 육체적 활동이나 수면과 천식에 관련된 증상 등의 정보를 환아 자신이나 환아의 부모가 매일 기록해서 천식을 치료하는 데 참고용으로 사용할 수 있는 일기를 천식 일기라고 한다.
- 그 일기장에 있는 환아의 천식에 관한 정보에 따라 천식의 증상의 중증도와 치료결과에 따라 초록색 영력, 황색 영력, 적색 영력으로 3분한다.
- 의사가 각 환아의 천식일기를 일목요연하게 볼 수 있고 그 일기에 따라 환아의 천식의 증상, 중증도, 치료결과, 앞으로 치료할 계획 등을 타각적으로 분석하는 데 중요한 정보가 된다.
- 미국에서는 800-611-6081에 전화해서 환자가 사용할 수 있는 천식 일기 표를 구할 수 있다.
Update 경증 지속성 천식, 필요에 따라 흡입형 속효성 베타 2 작용제(SABA)와 함께 정기적인 일일 흡입 코르티코스테로이드(ICS) 또는 증상이 발생할 때 필요에 따라 흡입 SABA 및 ICS 둘 다 사용 중등도 지속성 천식의 경우 단일 흡입기에 포르모테롤(빠르게 발병하는 지속성 베타 2 작용제(LABA))과 천식 증상에 필요한 추가 용량의 ICS-포르모테롤 병용 요법을 결합한 ICS의 일일 유지 요법.
Mild persistent asthma, either a regular daily inhaled corticosteroid(ICS) with an as-needed inhaled short-acting beta 2-agonist(SABA) or use of both an inhaled SABA and ICS as needed when symptoms occur
For moderate persistent asthmas, a daily maintenance regimen of an ICS combined in a single inhaler with formoterol (a-long acting beta 2 agonist (LABA) with rapid onset) plus extra doses of the combination ICS -formoterol therapy as needed for asthma symptoms.

• In order to effectively treat asthma, symptoms of asthma such as cough and wheezing occurring in children, types of medications used for asthma treatment, drug dose, side effects, drug treatment effects, peak flow meter test results, daily routine An asthma diary is a diary that can be used as a reference for treating asthma by recording information such as physical activity, sleep, and asthma-related symptoms in daily life.
• According to the child’s asthma information in the diary, it is divided into three categories according to the severity of asthma symptoms and treatment results.
• Doctors can see each child’s asthma diary at a glance, and according to the diary, it is important information for objectively analyzing the child’s asthma symptoms, severity, treatment results, and future treatment plans.
