집 먼지 진드기(집 먼지 좀 진드기) 알레르기의 개요

집 먼지 진드기를 집 먼지 좀 진드기라고 한다.
길이가 0.3mm 정도 되는 맹목 절지동물의 일종이다.
천식, 알레르기 비염, 아토피 피부염 등 그 외 여러 종류의 알레르기 질환을 유발시킬 수 있는 항원이다.
집 먼지 좀 진드기를 육안으로는 볼 수 없고 보통 현미경으로 볼 수 있을 정도로 작다.
집 먼지 좀 진드기는 무려 47여 종이 있는데 그 중 미국서는 디. 파리내(Dermatophagodes farinae)종과 디. 프테로니신우스(D. pteronyssinus) 두 종이 주로 알레르기 질환을 유발시킨다고 한다.
집 먼지 좀 진드기에서 분비된 진드기 똥이나 죽은 진드기의 몸통에서 나온 단백질에 의해서 알레르기 질환이 주로 유발된다.
계절에 따라, 실내온도, 실내청소의 상태에 따라 집 먼지 좀 진드기의 수가 증감될 수 있고 집 먼지 좀 진드기의 죽은 몸이나 똥이 공기에 섞여 있는 것이 보통이다.
숨 쉴 때 집 먼지 좀 진드기의 똥이나 죽은 진드기 가루 등이 비강과 인두, 후두 기관 등의 상·하기도를 통해 체내로 흡입되어 알레르기 비염이나 천식 등 여러 종류의 알레르기 질환이 우리 인간에게 유발될 수 있다.

집 먼지 좀 진드기가 집안에 자라지 않게 하는 것이 알레르기 질환을 치료하고 예방치료를 하는데 이상적인 방법이나 온갖 노력을 해도 집 먼지 좀 진드기가 집안에서 전혀 자라지 못하게 할 수 없는 경우가 많다.
이미 자란 집 먼지 좀 진드기로 알레르기 질환이 유발되지 않게 환경 컨트롤을 잘하고 치료하는 법은 다음 항을 참조한다.

집 먼지 진드기(집 먼지 좀 진드기)를 컨트롤 하는 방법

매트리스를 두꺼운 비닐 플라스틱 매트리스 커버로 싸고, 될 수 있으면 쉽게 세탁해서 쓸 수 있는 베드 시트를 사용하도록 한다.
매트리스 베드 시트는 적어도 화씨 130도(섭씨 49도) 물로 7-10일 간격으로 빤다.
폴리에스텔 파이버를 속으로 넣은 베개를 사용하고 카포크(Kapok)나 짐승의 털이나 깃털을 넣은 베개를 사용하지 않는다.
일상생활을 하는 침실이나 거실 등에 먼지 먼지떨이를 두지 않는다.
집안 청소를 하는 동안 알레르기 질환이 있는 사람은 가능한 한 집안에 머물러 있지 말고 가능하면 집 밖에 나가 있다가 청소가 끝난 30분 후에 집안으로 돌아온다.
온방 장치나 냉방 장치의 필터는 매달에 한 번 정도 깨끗이 청소한다.
세탁 가능한 양탄자만 깔고 비닐 바닥이나 나무 바닥을 깐 실내에 사는 것이 좋다.
양탄자를 될 수 있는 대로 고정해서 깔지 않는다. 만약 고정해 깔은 양탄자가 있을 때는 진공청소기를 사용해서 자주 청소해야 하지만 진공청소기로 집 먼지 진드기를 완전히 제거할 수 없다.
집안 가구는 가능하면 나무, 가죽, 플라스틱, 또는 금속으로 만든 것만 사용한다.
속을 채운 장난감은 될 수 있는 한 피한다.
전기담요나 털과 비슷한 담요를 사용하지 않는다.
습도가 높은 계절에는 습기를 제거하는 습기제거기나 에어컨디션을 사용한다.
다른 집으로 이사할 때는 지하실 아파트를 택하지 말고 나무 마루를 깐 집에서 살며,

Overview of House Dust Mite Allergy

• House dust mites are called house dust mites.

• It is a kind of blind arthropod with a length of about 0.3mm.

• It is an antigen that can induce various types of allergic diseases such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis.

• House dust mites are invisible to the naked eye and are usually small enough to be seen with a microscope.

• There are 47 species of house dust mites, of which D. Dermatophagodes farinae species and D. Two species, D. pteronyssinus, are said to mainly cause allergic diseases.

• Allergic diseases are mainly caused by mite dung secreted from house dust mites or proteins from dead mites.

• Depending on the season, room temperature, and indoor cleaning conditions, the number of house dust mites may increase or decrease, and the dead body or feces of house dust mites are usually mixed in the air.

• When breathing, house dust mite dung or dead mite powder is inhaled into the body through the upper and lower respiratory tracts of the nasal passages, pharynx, and larynx, etc. have.

• Keeping dust mites from growing in your home is the ideal way to treat and prevent allergies, but every effort is often not enough to prevent dust mites from growing in your home at all.

How to control house dust mites (house dust mites)

• Wrap the mattress in a thick plastic plastic mattress cover and, if possible, use an easy-to-wash bed sheet.

• Wash mattress bed sheets in at least 130 degrees Fahrenheit (49 degrees Celsius) water every 7-10 days.

• Use pillows with polyester fiber lining and do not use pillows with kapok or animal fur or feathers.

• Do not place dusters in the bedroom or living room where you spend your daily life.

• People with allergies while cleaning the house should avoid staying in the house as much as possible, and if possible, stay outside the house and return home 30 minutes after cleaning.

• Clean the filter of the heating system or air conditioner about once a month.

• It is best to live indoors with only washable rugs and vinyl or hardwood floors.

• Do not lay rugs as fixed as possible. If you have fixed rugs, you should vacuum them often, but vacuuming won’t completely remove dust mites.

• Use only furniture made from wood, leather, plastic, or metal whenever possible.

• Avoid stuffed toys whenever possible.

• Do not use electric blankets or fur-like blankets.

• In the season of high humidity, use a dehumidifier or air conditioner that removes moisture.

• When moving to another house, don’t choose a basement apartment; live in a house with hardwood floors;
