연소성 류마토이드 관절염의 형
1. 전신형 연소성 류마토이드 관절염(전신성 유년성 류마티성 관절염/전신성 유년형 류마티스성 관절염) Systemic type of Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
- 연소성 류마토이드 관절염(Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis)을 유년성 류마티성 관절염, 또는 유년형 류마티스성 관절염이라고도 한다.
- 연소성 류마토이드 관절염에는 여러형이 있다.
- 여기서는 전신성 연소성 류마토이드 관절염에 관해 간단히 설명한다.
- 전형적인 증상 징후는 관절염·관절통·한전·고열·피부발진·간비대·비장비대·빈혈 등이다.
- 이 중 한두 가지 증상 징후가 나타날 수도 있고, 또 그 외 더 많은 증상 징후가 나타날 수도 있다.
- 전신에 있는 림프절들이 비대 될 수 있다.
- 이 병을 조기에 적절히 치료해 주지 않거나 진단 후 적절히 치료해 주지 않으면 성장 발육이 상당히 지연될 수 있다.
- 이 병이 일생동안 지속될 수도 있고, 그 병으로 생긴 관절염이 있는 관절이 뻣뻣하게 굳어지고 변형되고 결국에는 일생 동안 심한 장애자가 될 수 있다. 연소성 류마토이드 관절염 Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis(JRA)
2. 다 관절형 연소성 류마토이드 관절염 Polyarticular type of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
- 고열 내지 미열과 피하결절·관절염 등 증상 징후가 생기고,
- 관절염이 생긴 관절이 뻣뻣해지고, 아프고, 붓고, 변형될 수 있다.
- 5개 이상의 여러 관절에 관절염이 동시 생길 수 있다.
- 다 관절형 연소성 류마토이드 관절염은 어느 관절에도 생길 수 있으나 무릎·발목·팔꿈치·척추·고관절 등 비교적 큰 관절에 더 잘 생길 수 있다.
3. 소수 관절형 연소성 류마토이드 관절염
Pauciarticular type of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
- 4개 또는 그보다 적은 수의 관절에 관절염이 생기며 증상 징후가 다양하고 흔히 무릎·발목·손목 등의 관절에 생긴다.
- 눈의 홍채와 모양체에 염증이 생길 수도 있고, 그 홍채염과 모양체염을 적절히 치료해 주지 않으면 실명할 수도 있다.
