소아 천식 임상 기록지 (소아청소년과 전문의 이상원 저) Pediatric medical record for asthma by John Sangwon Lee

소아 천식 환아를 저자의 소아청소년과에서 진료할 때 환아들의 부모들에게 다음과 같은 천식 임상기록지를 제공하여 그들로 하여금 자녀의 천식에 관한 병력, 증상, 유발인자, 치료 등에 관한 정보를 기록하도록 하고 나머지 부분은 저자가 기록할 수 있도록 만든 기관지 천식 임상기록지이다.

기관지 천식 임상 기록지는 의사, 환아, 부모가 환아의 천식을 치료하는데 참고용으로 사용할 수 있다. 기관지 천식을 효과적으로 치료하기 위해서는 이 임상기록지에 있는 천식 진료 정보뿐만 아니라 그 외 더 많은 임상 진료 정보가 때에 따라 더 필요하다.

과거나 현재 다음과 같은 증상 징후가 있나

흡인용 코티코스테로이드제와 장기형 베타 아고니스트제 혼합치료를 해도 자주 악화되고 계속 환기 폐쇄가 있는 천식을 Tiotropium제 치료 효과가 좋다는 연구 결과가 나왔다.

Tiotropium제는 만성 기관지염 또는 폐기종 등 만성 폐쇄성 폐 질환(COPD)으로 생기는 천음, 호흡곤란, 숨 가쁨 등 증상을 치료할 때 쓸 수 있는 기관지 확장제이다. September 3, 2012, NEJM

When treating children with asthma in the author’s Department of Pediatrics, the following asthma clinical records are provided to parents of children with asthma so that they can record information about their child’s asthma history, symptoms, triggers, treatment, etc. The rest is a bronchial asthma clinical logbook made for the author to record. The bronchial asthma clinical record sheet can be used as a reference for doctors, children, and parents to treat asthma in their children. In order to effectively treat bronchial asthma, not only the asthma treatment information in this clinical record, but also more clinical treatment information is sometimes needed.

A study has found that Tiotropium is effective in treating asthma, which is frequently exacerbated and continues to obstruct ventilation, even after combined treatment with inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting beta-agonists. Tiotropium is a bronchodilator that can be used to treat symptoms such as wheezing, dyspnea, and shortness of breath caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) such as chronic bronchitis or emphysema.
